Q: How long is does shipping take?
A: Shipping and delivery time is indicated under each product, please check the item ordered for the details. As most of our items are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery from Switzerland.
Q: Where does Zella.ch ship my order from?
A: All of our products are shipped from Switzerland with the national postal service “La Poste/Die Post”.
Q: Does Zella.ch ship internationally?
A: Yes. We currently ship orders to North America, Europe, and Australia. Please contact us at hello@zella.ch if your country is not available in the selection and we will see what we can do. Thanks!
Please note that all some countries require custom duties and taxes after the value of the order reaches a certain amount. Please contact your local authorities for more information. zella.ch is not responsible for customs duties and taxes except Swiss VAT.
Any orders that remain in customs in your country because the customer does not settle the customs duties will not be refunded unless returned to zella.ch. Any returns due to customs issues will be refunded minus additional shipping and handling fees.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Many items (such as laptop sleeves, shower curtains, etc) are made to order. All items go through a handling period before they are shipped out. Most of the orders depart from Zella 2-4 weeks after payment. If items are in stock, the order is usually shipped out within the next 2 business days.
We are constantly working on improving the number of items we have in stock. Items immediately available will be marked as such on the product page. Please contact us if you need an item urgently and we will see what we can do. Thanks!

- Shipping within Switzerland costs 5.90 CHF and is free on all orders above 90 CHF.
- Shipping to Europe costs 12.90 CHF.
- Shipping to North America and Australia costs 15.90 CHF.

A: All our orders are sent with tracking information. The tracking number is sent to the e-mail address you purchased with.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: You can pay using the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple pay.
Q: Does the price of each product includes VAT?
A: Yes it includes Swiss VAT.
