Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email through to hello@zella.ch.
Q: What is your return period?
A: We have a 14 day return policy for any reason. Please contact us at returns@zella.ch with your order number and items you would like to return. Please ensure that the item is unused and its original packaging. Refunds will only be processed after quality check at Zella.
Received defective, damaged or broken items must be announced within 5 days of receiving this item. All subsequent claims will not be accepted.
Customized/Hygienic items cannot be returned unless for quality issues.

Please use a tracking service in order to guarantee the delivery at Zella. We are not responsible for goods that are not received or poorly packed and received broken
Q: How do I get a refund for the returned item?
A: Refund is processed within 30 days once item has been received and has met refund eligibility. Kindly note that shipping cost will be deducted from the returns. If your original order previously qualified for free shipping, but does not quality after a partial return, the shipping cost will be deducted.
